they usually will transfer it on you and you can look at it and see if its what you want. then they just trace over it with the tat gun. really seems hard for them to screw it up. and just make sure the shop autoclaves, uses new needles (which they should open in front of you) and steril technics.

well if there is one thing i know best. its air conditioning.
when the out door unit freezes up it usually one of 2 things.
1- the indoor evaporator coil is plugged full of dust and dirt. this makes it so the air cant get thru the coil and remove the cold air...thus the coild freezes to remove the cold temps.
2- the unit needs a refill of refrigerant.
neither should be a huge cost to fix.
Had the PC monitor and one 25 TV fixing because of a power surcharge. I know that even if a fill a claim to the electricity company it will take years to get something back.....
